The hotel was clean, comforatable and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. It was very good value for money at the discounted Booked.net price, aspecially as one of our 2 rooms ended up being the suite and the single room booked was a family room due to availability. You could tell the hotel has been around for a while but it had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the rooms had everything you needed. A great cooked breakfast included and dinner was nice too

The staff were consistently courteous and always pleasant and the services were attentive! Location: the hotel was just off the conservatory and the bar / restaurant in an evening. Also, it was 2 miles from Hailes Church.

The value for money was great including the cost of bar food. The outsidde area was nice with absolutely stunning views. The shower in the bathroom was amazingly powerful.
The Bathroom probably needed a little more attention as their was a little mould on th ceiling.

the outdoor terrace offered lovely views while I enjoyed a casual lunch, and I made the most of my time by strolling through pittville park, just a short walk from my cozy room, perfect for a single traveler looking to explore the city.

Excellent location with magnificent views from all rooms and easily accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good. Relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended.
It would have been nice to have had more towels and toiletries in the 3 bed room, but I'm sure the hotel would have provided more if asked.
